Regular Rate: $250/night for 4 guests, $50/night for each additional guest up to 6 in total

Holiday Rate: $450/nightfor 4 guests, $50/night for each additional guest up to 6 in total

(December 24th- January 2nd and Semana Santa)

cancellation policy:

A full refund less transaction fee is issued when cancellation notice is given more than 30 days prior to check-in date.

The 50% rental deposit payment is non-refundable when notice is given
15-30 days prior to check-in date.

No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to check-in date.
